This is a used OEM transfer case assembly for a 2018 Ford Edge equipped with the 2.7L turbo engine (EcoBoost) and a factory oil cooler. The transfer case (also referred to as a Power Transfer Unit or PTU on AWD Ford vehicles) sends power from the transmission to the rear differential and is required for proper all-wheel-drive operation. If you are experiencing AWD warning messages, drivetrain noise, vibration, difficulty engaging AWD, or loss of rear-wheel power, this assembly may be required.

This transfer case was tested and confirmed to be in working condition before removal. It is a genuine factory Ford part designed as a direct replacement for the original assembly.
