Shipping Policy
At CarPartSource.com, we offer FREE Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) on all parts delivered to addresses within the U.S., with the exception of certain freight items (see below).
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We still guarantee delivery within 2–5 business days from the date of order. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly.
Freight Shipping – Transfer Cases
Transfer cases must ship via commercial freight to qualify for free shipping. A commercial address that is accessible by semi-truck and equipped with a forklift or similar unloading equipment is required. Acceptable locations include repair shops, garages, and other commercial facilities.
Residential addresses—even with a registered business—do not qualify as commercial.
If a commercial address is not available, we will:
- Offer terminal pickup at the nearest freight carrier location or
- Invoice you for the residential delivery surcharge
We will contact you after purchase if your delivery address does not meet freight requirements.
Carriers
We use a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Shipping Outside the U.S.
Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@carpartsource.com or 1-800-874-1973 for a quote.
We do not ship to the following countries due to carrier restrictions:
Belarus, Burma, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you once your item ships.
Duties & Taxes
Domestic orders include all shipping costs with no additional duties or taxes. International and expedited shipments may incur additional charges.
Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
